CUSTOM HAND RAILING
Hand railings are built off site and installed by me. Select from a variety of monograms or other embellishments to compliment your home. Painted the color of your choice.
PART REPLICATION
From agricultural sprayer booms to ramps, exercise bikes, mower parts and sawmill clamps. If you need a part rebuilt, I may be able to assist with getting your part back to a like new state.
MATERIAL RACK
With any kind of operation, storing materials can be a challenge. This material rack was built to help a business safely store and organize their materials.
FIRE PITS
Need a custom fire pit? I can help you customize a unique design that you won't find in any big box store.
"GO GRILL"
An absolutely amazing project that I had the opportunity to build. A tansformation of a 18' car trailer into a mobile cookout trailer or the "Go Grill" as the customer named it and will be used by Reach Church for outreach work and feeding those in need.
STAIRCASES
Three section bolt together staircases for a large chicken breeding house. Multiple staircases were fabricated, galvanized, and installed for this project.
SNOW PLOW REPAIR
Winter typically brings me a few snow plow repairs. If you found something other than snow with your plow, I can help.
ROLL-OFF CONTAINER
A customer requested roll-off container built on a design they had. The customer finished the wood lining and is now hauling trash away in bulk.
DUCK BLIND DOG BOX
Hinged dog box lid for this customers duck blind. The buried box is where this retriever waits until it is time for him to go fetch the downed duck. He looks pretty satisfied with my work!
CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL RAILING
This custom railing and hand railing made for this customers home is great example of what steel can do to enhance a tired wood railing.
TABLE BASES
I have worked with a few local wood workers to help create some neat pieces of furniture. This heavy duty table base is an example of one of these pieces
SLIDING SHOP GATE
Sliding gate to help keep my customer's pets in the shop while he has his overhead door open.
LIFT GATE REPAIR
This panel of my customers lift gate was literally hanging on by rust. The old panel was removed and a new panel built up from scratch with new materials. It now works as it used to and is no longer a safety concern.
FIRE PIT COVER
4'x4' spark containment cover for a customer fire pit.
JOHN DEERE MOWER
This project arrived to me in progress. A damaged had been removed but never replaced. The removed section was repaired and a new hinge installed.
IMPLEMENT REPAIR
My customer purchased this piece of equipment with a sub par repair that ultimately failed. After a lot of grinding and beveling cracks the piece of equipment was rewelded with added splice plates and a gusset.
HOME GUARD RAILING
Custom built guard railing for my customers home that is powder coated black with a mahogany wood top.
CNC PLASMA PROJECTS
Using a 4'x8' CNC plasma table, I can cut simple or complex designs out of metal up to 1/2" thick. Browse my projects to see a few examples. Business, school, or house signs, and custom cut parts to name a few.
